A new and smart way of ownership: the luxurious fractional ownership package
From € 350.000 immobilized and less than € 10.000 at cost yearly fees, members are co-owners of the following
assets and have an unllimited enjoyment for 2 people:

• AGS 5***** luxury private complex in Terre Blanche with 33 suites, spa & clubhouse
• 33 super cars, unlimited access at cost
• 6 yachts, unlimited access at cost
• 3 aircrafts (10, 5 and 4 seats), unlimited access at cost
• 1 helicopter (6 seats), unlimited access at cost
• Free VIP shuttle service to facilitate members’ ground transportation
• Access to the 2 golf courses of Terre Blanche, without paying the regular membership of
€120.000, neither the €10.000 annual fees
• Accessories like jets ski et quads
• Free and unlimited access to Terre Blanche infrastructure (spa, restaurants, Four Seasons, tennis
courts, kids & juniors clubs, meeting rooms...) for AGS members and their guests
• Preferred access to AGS Formula 1 & race track events
+ the 3 « PLATINUM members » : have their own 300m2 house next to the parcel of AGS Private Club

To cover the annual fixed costs of the Club, a maximum yearly contribution between of € 10.000 all
taxes included is requested by couple of members. The club operates non-profit.
This fee entitles them to a permanent, unlimited access and at cost utlisation of assets and its hosting
solutions.
In peak times during the summer season, the Club guarantees its couples of members at least 11 days
accommodation with 30 suites and 6 yachts.
-> (39 x 9 weeks suites / 200 pairs of members) x 7 days = 12 days guaranteed in summer.
In addition to annual charges, members must pay the User Charges (UC) which correspond to the usage
charges at cost:
- Accommodation in 5 ***** clubhouse suites: €15 for a couple / night
- The use of a Ferrari: €0.15 / km
- The use of a yacht of 27 meters: €300 / day (excluding petrol)

Our partners networks ensure the inclusion of the 200 members in a short time. Once the 200 memberships
registered through them, we will continue to record potential members on a waiting list.
Members are guaranteed and can instantly sell their membership at any time through an auction with a
starting price of €350.000. The auction is blind, several values can be substantial. If there is no buyer on the
waiting list, the Club has a permanent provision of an amount of 6 memberships for those who can not wait.

The Club’s « event manager » is in charge of organizing the standing events for the Club and its
members (sporting events, outings tours, golf tournaments, themed weekends ...) still at cost.
